3. My Apple Watch isn't syncing with my iPhone. The app uses Apple's native Watch Connectivity. For the best sync results:

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone.
  2. Open Lifting Tempo on both your iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time.
  3. Any changes made to your Library (adding plans, deleting plans) will sync automatically.

4. Why does the app need Health access? Lifting Tempo integrates with HealthKit to save your workouts as Functional Strength Training. This allows your lifting sessions to count toward your Apple Watch Activity Rings and track your heart rate and calories burned during the session. We do not share this data with anyone else.

5. Can I start a lift from the bottom (Deadlifts, Rows)? Yes! When creating or editing a plan, you can change the Start Position setting.
